Ugh. Bloated.
I caught a stinker of a cold on Sunday and have been away from the gym and eating like crap for two three days. I bought it as a present for my wife - she seems excited. I was going to try it myself, but couldn't find any information about the calories it burns. You have to buy a special 'computer' to accomplish that. Does anybody know how many calories it burns? Or how to calculate them?

When do you weigh yourself?
