I was never VLCD. The lowest I ever went was 1400. When it stopped working, I edged back up. I did a 4 week reset in July and ate 2400 calories with no exercise. I went from 221 ish to 224 during the reset. I'm now nearly two weeks into the cut (-15%) and this morning I was up to 227.6! I know that TOM is supposed to start…

Okay, I followed instruction and watched some youtube vids this morning. I went up on my cals to 2100 and if I go over a bit I'm not panicking. I'm trying to hit that. I would love some thoughts
I've been on plateau now since April 1st. I'm eating 1850-2000 cals per day. BMR was 1700-1800 (been a while since I did it) and TDEE was quite high, like 2150 or something. 23 years old 222 lbs right now 5"7 Tried higher cals, lower cals, more exercise, less.... I'm not sure what to do now....

Toes going numb on Bike?
When I use the stationary bike, my toes seem to go number after about 20 mins. No amount of wiggling will wake them until I stop the bike and stand up. Has anyone else experienced this????????????
