I've sprained my ankle....
...and need a list of ideas for things that I can do while it heals. I figured the Girlie Pushups, situp, leg raises, and my limited free weights. Maybe even punches while kneeling to get some half-assed cardio in. Anyone else have any Ankle Sprain Friendly workouts ideas?
