I've sprained my ankle....

...and need a list of ideas for things that I can do while it heals.

I figured the Girlie Pushups, situp, leg raises, and my limited free weights. Maybe even punches while kneeling to get some half-assed cardio in.

Anyone else have any Ankle Sprain Friendly workouts ideas?

    I have no access to a pool or a gym ( It would make life a butt-ton easier, if I did though. I'm looking at things to do at home or my desk, though when i go to the cottage I'll definitely swim!
