Daily vs weekly

Just a question.

Who here goes more on weekly caloric goal vs. daily caloric goal?

    I actually never even thought about looking at my weekly results.
    I usually track daily but I do not worry if I am slightly under or over.

    I feel like I might try to cut back the next week if I was over for the previous week, and vice versa...eat more to make up for lost calories.

    Just my way though, easier to take it one day at a time (;
  • I track daily but if I go over one day then I usually eat less the next so over the week it evens out.....same with if I have a meal out planned then I save calories for the few days before.

    Now I'm in maintenance, I tend to focus more on my weekly total, and it's nice not to feel crap about having a bad day if you know you have had two other good days! And its nice to have left over calories for Sunday dinner :)
