Change of plans
I had planned to do a week of juicing/smoothies only but it just doesn't feel great to me. MFP predictions?
I see each time I complete my diary how much I will weigh in five weeks. The number is obviously always a bit different. Since I haven't been doing this for five weeks, I'm curious. Have you found the MFP predictions to be true?

Edema after exercise?
I'm finding that every time I exercise (or do hot yoga or go in a sauna), even if I feel well hydrated, my hands and feet get really swollen. Is this something that is common? Do I have to drink even more water?? :grumble: TIA! Amy
