Recovering from Binge Eating Disorder--Pics
I have been a binge eater since I was 11 and maybe even before. I am now 40. Nine months ago I finally accepted that I am a binge eater. I stopped dieting and began to love myself and believe in myself. I went from being a processed-food vegetarian to a whole-food vegan. In that time I have completed cured myself of:…

best cardio machine for bad back and knees?
I have two rupture discs in my spine and a Baker's cyst behind one knee. They do not hurt at the moment, but I don't want them to flare up again. Can someone recommend a treadmill or other cardio machine I could get for my house that would not put stress on my back or other joints?

thigh sag!
I have lost 23 lbs. The skin/fat/whatever between my thighs is starting to sag. I walk every day a lot! I cannot get to the gym to do any type of formal exercise until my two year old goes to school in a couple of years. I have no one to watch him while I work out, and I have no options for working out at home because I am…

logging homemade juices
I have no idea how to log juices. My husband bought me a juicer for Christmas. I am not a juice drinker, so this is weird, but I would like to add some green juices in to my diet a couple of times per week. Any idea how to log them?

I have a history of anxiety, GERD, and costochondritis. I had a nuclear stress test done about four months ago to rule out heart problems. It was…

From morbidly obese to fit at 40. Is it possible?!
I'm losing weight and feeling great, but my current lifestyle prevents me from exercising as much as I want. (I have a toddler and a more than full-time job, so my main form of exercise is walking, walking, walking.) Anyway, have any of you gone from morbidly obese like me (started at 353 in 2006...up and down and up and…

treadmill desk
I walk six miles 3x a week and take my son to the park just about everyday for about two hours. (I don’t just sit on the bench.) But this is not enough exercise, and I know it. My problem is my job. I work for eight hours, come home and take care of my family, then go back to work for four more hours. My weekends are…

How Do You Keep Reign Yourself in When You Have Slid?
I was doing great for a couple of months and then found myself playing a little too loose with food. For the most part I am still eating quite healthy, but just a few treats here and there has made my weight stall for the past three weeks. What do you do when you have found yourself straying a bit? How do you get yourself…
