left side chest pain while exercising

For more than a year I have had left sided chest pain when walking up a steep hill, walking in the snow, or walking briskly. I just finished working out, and I got it again.

I have a history of anxiety, GERD, and costochondritis.

I had a nuclear stress test done about four months ago to rule out heart problems. It was perfect. (At rest and at exercise.)

I noticed that if I breathed deeper, it made the pain diminish, but then it kept returning.

I weigh 285. I am 39, and a woman. My choletserol total is 127. My blood pressure is always around 116/68.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I am worried, but I am not sure what to think.

sounds like a Diaphragm Spasm - also known to most as a Side Stitch- basically a cramp in your diaphgram. As you get stronger it goes away

google "Diaphragm Spasm" or "Side Stitch: for some way to treat.

Chest or just under your rib cage? A runners cramp is usually caused by not breathing deep enough.

It's on my ribs where my heart is.

Thanks for the info. I'll look it up.
