Loving Zumba but need to burn more calories
I go to Zumba a min of 4 times a week and hope to become an instructor some time next year. I love it but lately find i am not out of breath or sweating as much in class even though i try to give it my all. Tracking Calories Burned
Whats the best way to keep track of how many calories you are burning during workout. I have tried heart monitors and it actually caused heat fluttering. I think i just need a different kind. Any suggestions? I want to make sure i know what I'm getting out of my workout.
