tdee BMR help please
My tdee is 2504 my BMR is 1821. I am eating around 1500 ish a day . On big burn days i sometimes have more. Am i going to stall weight loss wise? All i keep reading is how i should be having 20% less than tdee which is 2000 Calories, I dont think i could find nor fit 2000 good calories into my diet. . But before here i had…

Hi everyone. I joined up early last year and used this site with lots of success till around Aug time. Since then i have fallen off the wagon. I am now back but have noticed that much of my friends list now don't use it any more. So in a sense i am new again and looking to make some new friends.

What time do you have your 1st and last meal of the day
The title says it all really. But does it matter when you do? We get up around 930am at the moment (have 2 young children so i am sure this will change), i am normally eating breakfast by 10am then we have dinner at 530pm and i sometimes have a snack at 730pm.
