I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week depending on what my partner is working as i have 2 toddlers and need to go around him. I was 240lb and i am now 218lb and i am just in the process of dropping from a 18 to a 16. The trousers i have on today i could not even pull over my legs a few months ago. I have been doing lots of toning as well as cardio so weather that has helped. You have done AMAZING so don't let it get you down.

No idea of this will help but i also have big thighs and on top of my cardio and strength i also doing some exercises i have found on you tube that are especially for thighs and legs. The most accurate time to weight is on the same scales after you have been to the toilet and before you eat and drink. You weight can change daily by 2/3lb . I must admit i do sneeky peak but i only pay attention once a week

Been reading more and starting to get it. I think for rest of this week i will stick at my 1400 calories then next week will up to 1600 calories for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Thanks for all your help

by struggling i dont mean what i am eating. I am always full and feel satisfied. I mean that my weight loss seems to stop. but i have never seen week 4 to no if its just a blip . I am measuring this time so i can track that as well. I feel to scared to up my calories.

I don't eat them all back but i aim to eat at least some of them back. MFP is not accurate with how it works out exercise calories so i tend to 1/2 what it says and aim for that. I need a HRM

This may be a silly answer but since you have lost so much weight have you lowered your calories? As you won't need to eat as many now?

I sort of have your problem except that for me saturday nights where my weekness. My partner is normally off work on a sunday so a Saturday night was a treat night. SO what i now do is weight in on a saturday morning so i can still have my treat :) May not be ideally but i just make sure whatever i have keeps me with…
