FLABBY ARMS AND HUGE THIGHS

Hi Everyone!

I am having trouble losing the fat on my triceps and inner thighs. I have been doing cardio for about two months and just started strength training these past two weeks. My stomach is usually the first to go but I can't seem to see any progress on my legs and arms.

Should I stick to cardio? increase the intensity of my workouts?

HELP!!

    No idea of this will help but i also have big thighs and on top of my cardio and strength i also doing some exercises i have found on you tube that are especially for thighs and legs. Who knows if it will work. I have been doing them daily for about 15 days so a bit early to notice any really difference. I have lost 20lb in total so far and they have got smaller
