not counting calories on whole30?
whole9 and whole30 recommend not counting calories, and i haven't been counting for the past 3 days or so (i'm on day 9 of my first whole30). i feel this approach has been much healthier for me psychologically, but i worry that i'm eating too much or not enough. does anyone else try not to count calories or have opinions…
