Is there anyone here who is just starting the South Beach Diet? I just started phase 2 this week and am looking for more breakfast ideas to take to work. I need to get back on track, but it is proving to be a nearly impossible task. I think I need to take it a little at a time and not go cold turkey as that usually sets me up for failure. Any suggestions?

Starting Over
Today is the day I start over. My grandkids are still here, but they can eat up the bad stuff or it is getting pitched. Have been doing Just Dance 3 for Wii with them the past 2 days, but guess I am not ready for that intensity after my surgery in Sept! Will try just a walking video today and see if that is easier on me.

Rough week for eating
Xmas lunch at work, out to eat for lunch 2x (mentally necessary), xmas lunch Sat, b'day dinner Sun at Skyline Chili, xmas lunch next week! Breakfast
How long after you get up do you eat breakfast? I find I am not hungry in the morning, especially after the lemon water (which I add fiber to). Most times I try to eat when I get to work, but sometimes get busy and don't get to it until 9:30 or 10, which should really be considered a snack time.

Going to take my measurements
I did not take my measurements when I started, but I think I will do that today. Maybe I am losing inches? My pants don't feel as tight as they did, but I have a long way to go.

First day on MFP
This is my first day on My Fitness Pal. It was recommended on another 17 day diet forum, but I am not sure I like it.
