Any way to convert points to cals in food?
Today I got lunch from the cafe at work. Its rice with a stir fry of chicken and veggies. but I have no idea exactly what is in it or the size of the serving. I do know that the serving is 7 points since on days they have healthy food (Tues and Thurs) they put that on the menu. Any idea how to log this?

Today for the first time in 8 years...
Today for the first time in 8 years I had a blood pressure reading of less then 120/80. I was told I had high blood pressure at 17. I am 25 now and 8 weeks ago was seeing readings in the 130s or 140s over 80-something. Today it was 118/56!!
