Why do I gain weight when on my feet 8 hours
Ok every Saturday I work anywhere from 5-8 hours in a kitchen and on the move... I eat breakfast at home usually toast milk and ice water then some type of fruit for a snack then lunch at home. frustrated
My husband and i took a mini vacation this weekend and went to Indy to see his brother. UGH!!!
so not only have i been dealing with that TOM water weight i over ate yesterday i didn't eat too much over but i dif. overate and gained 2 pounds!!! So frustrated!!! After almost two weeks i am hoping the water weight will go away and i will actually loose a pound this upcoming week...I don't record my weight until tuesday…

scale isn't moving!!
I workout hard...really hard. 6 to 7 days a week...i have lighter days where my workouts are hard but i don't burn as many calories or use weights and there are days i spinning for 55 mins then lift weights for 45 and burn mega calories...But the numbers on the scale just arent moving...I was trying to lose 2 pound a week…
