"Ripped" and "Shredded." What the heck do they mean, exactly? Back in my day, we called muscular "buff"...is this the same thing? I'm a girl...do I want to be ripped? Or shredded? Or neither?

Can I brag a little bit? My Y is joined with FitLinxx so we accumulate points for all the exercise we log at the gym. I was playing around with the "standings" and when I narrow it down to females in my age group (40-49 years old) I'm #2 in my entire YMCA. :tongue: Two pounds to go and now I'm really on the upswing!

Why I'm Not Eating All of My Exercise Calories
I keep reading on the boards that MFP automatically puts you in a 500 calories-per-day deficit but this isn't always true. I have been a quarter of a pound away from my next goal notch for a week now! Argh! I feel like I'd be cheating to call that another "pound lost" so I've left my check-in the same. Think it'd be okay to move it before I get that quarter pound? Or should I just buck it up and wait it out?

Bender Ball or No Crunch Abs?
Has anyone tried the Bender Ball and DVD, or the No Crunch Abs DVD? I saw these advertised and wondered how effective they would be.
