Has anyone tried the Bender Ball and DVD, or the No Crunch Abs DVD? I saw these advertised and wondered how effective they would be.
It sort of looked like things I could do at home by myself without having to purchase the DVD so I wonder if they're more complicated than the TV commercials show.
