2-Day Spread?

Super Bowl Sunday I was about 400 calories over my limit for the day (even the exercise ones  ) But yesterday I had a little sicky girl at my house and we spent a good portion of the day waiting around the doctor's office and having labs drawn, so my calories were way low (only 1,084 for the whole day!)
So my question is...will those balance out? Or did I do something really freaky to my metabolism? I need assurance that Starvation Mode doesn't set in overnight, eh?

I personally think you will be fine. It is basically the calorie deficit over a period of time - say a week - that will have you losing weight. If you are constantly going low in your calories for several weeks I am pretty sure you will go into starvation mode - but from one day - I don't think so.
I hope this helps.0
