Cant find the right calories for everthing i eat?
Ok so today i had one small flour tortilla and about a half a cup of chicken, steak, green peppers and onions, from a mexican place..(not fast food exactly) and i couldnt find out what the exact calories were for the chicken and stuff..so is it ok to pick something that sounds exactly the same?
