You'll get mixed opinions about this. I prefer to eat first if I'm exercising first thing in the morning. However, that's mostly because I feel ill if I don't. Some people can work out on an empty stomach though.0

Yes that's ok! If it works for you and your don't suffer any negative effects from it then it's fine!0 -
If it doesnt bother you absolutely it is ok, I never eat before I lift in the mornings or when i sprint in the afternoons, there are several professionals that swear by training in a "fasted" state claiming it releases different hormones and utilizes your bodyies energy stores in unique ways.
bottom line, if you dont feel like it is negatively impacting your workouts keep doing it, drink water though!0 -
If I'm doing some type of Cardio first thing in the morning I have to do it on an empty stomach. I get indigestion/reflux if I don't.0

I usually work out on an empty stomach because I have it into my head that I'll be burning fat I have already stored rather than what I just ate. If that's the case or not I'm not sure but it works for me.
Just make sure you're well hydrated and you should get through the workout fine and then have a healthy snack after to get some energy.0
