im sorry you have to see this? yes i have stretch marks there only on the lower part of my tummy and my sides..i didnt get them above my belly button? can i shrink this back up..or will it just shrink and hang...i know that it wont be perfect and it will look funny where the stretch marks are..can i kinda fix this?

Do lots of cardio to assist in fat loss, plus strength training for your core (planks, crunches, etc.) to firm it up a bit.
The one exercise I've found to be pretty effective is the REVERSE CRUNCH, which is like doing a sit up, only instead of bringing your upper body to your lower body, you bring your lower body to your upper body. Keep your legs up at a 90 degree angle and use your core to bring your knees up toward your elbows. This will help get rid of the lower abdominal pouch a lot of people (especially mamas, like me lol) have. Also, google some exercises for obliques, which will tone the sides of your abs as well. But, of course, none of this will work unless you incorporate cardio as well.
