Im confused by whats it says when you click complete food diary..it says something like if you ate everyday like you did today in 5 weeks u would weigh 202 pounds or something like that..im 213 pounds currently which happened over a period of 7 weeks with cal counting and exercise (when i started i was 225 pounds) im not sure how i would go from 213 to 202 in 5 weeks..this sounds unreal to me for some reason i dont know why..
and is it ok to skip a day of exercise because ive been up all nite and im super tired wasnt feeling great, but i feel guilty about skipping a day?
P.S..if i continue what im doing now and losing weigh at this pace..how much would i probably weigh in 3 months just an estimate what you think> im just wondering/

Hey, if you put ur mind to it you can lose that amount in a month's time if not more. Also, I think that number at the bottom is a good estimation for you. The concept of losing weight is somewhat simple: exercise over and hour and eat right and never cheat. Simple yet not really. A lot of people cheat, retaining water etc etc. You'll get the hang of it!
Oh and in 3 months you could lose about 30 lbs if u try really hard!0 -
I think it is possible (more so in the beginning than towards the end )! But towards the end of your weight goal it is harder to achieve... for me it said I'd go from 158 to 150 in 5 weeks. That is possible, but it is a lot of HARD WORK0
