Stuck at 220 pounds?? HELP

Ive been staying a little under my calories and ive been exercising different everday and going to the gym and working my butt off, i was at 225 and went to 219 at three weeks, and this forth week the scale is saying im 220 and it hasnt moved at all these last two weeks, which is really frustrating, and then i start thinking, am i going to all this and not lose very much weight at all? well why am i even doing this? but i know that i cannot give up like every other time because when i do that i always wonder where i would be weight wise and look wise if i would have kept going...so what do i do to get past this point of being stuck? advice? or simular storys that ended in success? though people say that i carry my weight well, i dont care im to big its not good for me and i dont feel good about it...
and im getting a three month pass to the gym this wed..so there is no way im quiting!!!

I took a look at your diary, if all your logging is correct then you are not eating enough, therefore putting your body into starvation mode which means it will hold on to everything and will store it, believe me it is weird i know, but i find that for me to lose weight i have to eat the 1200 cals/day plus about 100-200 cals more cause i don't lose on 1200, i did that the last 3 weeks and have lost 2 lbs after sitting at 7 lbs FOREVER, and yes make sure you eat all the extra cals that you work off during exercising0

i had a couple bad days..and i had a few days that i havent logged cause i dont have internet at home yet, ( i will soon then i will log in everyday) so im definatly eating more then my log says...it is wierd makes no since to me..lol0

platos are normal best thing you can do is mix up your cal intake and get as much cardio as you can you body is fighting you so fight back!!0

im going to fight back! and i dk if im losing inches, i didnt think to measure myself intell the other day, so i will have to compare them next week.0
