Can't say how much but it will definitely shrink. You look a lot like how I started out and mine is finally shrinking up and starting to flatten out a bit. I lost 30 pounds before my waist measurement dropped at all and suddenly it dropped by 4 inches. Be patient, keep working out and it'll get better.

Ok, I've torn up my room and can't find the hidden camera so how did you get that picture of me?!

Take a little genetics and mix it with luck and you will get some result.

Weight loss will help but usually some remnant of them will remain.

It definitely will shrink and may or may not tighten back up. I have lost a lot of weight and I still have a bit of a droop in that area but Its way better than I expected.

It will shrink. I've lost close to 50 lbs and while that area has shrunk, it still hangs loose. It kind of went from a solid mass pooch to a sagging skin pooch. I've heard people say that drinking lots of water and using lotion on that area helps tighten the skin so we will see! Good luck!

You're only 21. Chances are your skin still has a good deal of elasticity left. I would wager with calorie deficit + weight training, you should be able to achieve amazing results.

Try Bio Oil! Its a wonderful for scars and stretch marks, I'm not saying they will go completely, but I think you will be really shocked with the results! xx
Also I read people's success stories and photos, it made me realise how much we can change our bodies! I was amazed at what people on here have achieved!
