Does anyone use Mapmyfitness?
When I use Mapmyfitness to track my walks/jogs a slow mile burns more calories than a fast mile. That doesn't make sense. A 15 min mile burns fewer calories than a 30 min mile walk. (According to Mapmyfitness). I've contacted them.....no word yet. Anyone else have this issue?

Sleep issues
I've read that thyroid problems can cause sleep issues. I never mentioned it to the doc because I didn't consider it an issue. I can only sleep for 6 hours. No matter what time I go to sleep, 6 hours later i'm up. Made the mistake of going to bed at 9pm one night. Wide awake at 3am. Anyone else experience this? Not sure if…

JM Buns and Thighs question
I'm currently doing 6 week 6 pack and ripped in 30. I have arthritis and bad knees. I'm having to make a few modifications.....but still get a fantastic workout. I'd like to get her buns and thighs DVD but I'm thinking I may not be able to do a lot of it. Is it primarily lunges and squats? I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Argh! I'm loosing weight......but
I'm loosing weight, but not where I need/want to. I've lost weight everywhere (face, chest - didn't have much to start, legs, butt) but not in my belly. Started at 120, at 113 now. Everything is more toned......except my belly. *sigh*

Doing Ripped in 30 without an HRM
Logging 35 minutes of circuit training for 6 week 6 pack......and then doing Ripped in 30 and logging 20 minutes of circuit training.....just doesn't seem right. 6 week 6 pack is a challenge....but it's a piece of cake compared to Ripped in 30. I need an HRM.
