JM Buns and Thighs question

I'm currently doing 6 week 6 pack and ripped in 30. I have arthritis and bad knees. I'm having to make a few modifications.....but still get a fantastic workout.

I'd like to get her buns and thighs DVD but I'm thinking I may not be able to do a lot of it. Is it primarily lunges and squats? I'd appreciate your thoughts.
