Mirror double take
I walked by a mirror today and had to do a double take - I didn't recognize my shape!!! My shoulders are now angular and a bit pointy. Can't wait for my collar bones to reappear. Anyone else have that happen - not recognize your shape?

wii-tastic NSV
I've been using the Wii Active Sport for a lot of my fitness routine and this week I was able to move my avatar down a notch for body shape. I'm 25% of the way through my journey and the program has 4 body types. It was nice to see a skinnier behind while I was "running" around the track today.

I'm wondering how often people update the weight setting on their HRMs. I've lost 4 lbs and it made me wonder, should I do it weekly, every 5 lbs, 10 lbs? I know the closer to my actual weight the more accurate it will be, but was just curious what others are doing. Thanks!!!!
