I moved on to Wii More Active 30 day challenge from just doing cardio (stair stepper, dancing, walking). When I've done it in the past I was only able to start off with light intensity. I decided to try the medium intensity - and it was the PERFECT level for me - it did not kill me like it has in the past. So proud of the work I've done so far to get me ready to do even more!!!
