Frame Size - recheck!!

All,
I've lost 14 lbs as of this morning and in boredom I decided to do some ad-hoc measuring. My wrist size has shrunk!!! I noticed this with my watch spinning around, but didn't think about it in terms of frame size until this morning. I am now a small frame and not a medium frame 5'9" female, which is actually making me rethink my end goal by a few lbs.
Just wanted to point out that our real frame size is hiding under our weight, so please remember to recheck that as you get closer to your goals - you maybe surprised that the skinny person inside is even skinnier than you thought.
