scales
Would the scales at the gym be more accurate for body mass etc? I am finding that I weigh more on the gym scales than at home but have clothes on and isn't first think in the mornng. My body mass is much lower on the gym scales though. It is 33.something but on the home scales I'm 58.7 fat and 33.8 water Totally confused.

treadmill walking
So the lowest speed I use on the treadmill is 5.0 and the highest incline is 10.0 so far. When I run (rarely I feel uncomfortable and my breathing/throat is terrible afterward), the slowest speed I can do it with is 7.0. Anything below that and I just can't do it. I only see walking workouts up to 4.8 and slowest at 2.5.…

britians - cheap healthy meal ideas
So does anyone have ideas for easy meals that won't break the bank each month. I work long shifts so those days I don't have a lot of time to cook.

what can't you give up?
What food item can you just not give.up? For me its the following: Cherry coke/Dr pepper Beer Footlong subways I really need to get on top of the coke nd ssubway. A new month a new challenge.

controlling weights
This relates to both barbells and dumbbells. When you are lifting say to the side/overheard etc if you arm/hand sways/moves does that mean you are doing it wrong or have the wrong weight? Should your elbows always be locked? This is more a problem for me with dumbbells

newbie starting soon
So I happened to get hold of a barbell and weight that next door were throwing out. Aren't that heavy weights - 5x2.25kg, 4x1kg, 2x1.25kg and I think the bar weights 4.5kg. At present I feel ok with around 11kgs (24lbs) I know I will eventually need to start using the gym once the weigh gets to heavy. Kind of scary using…
