Would the scales at the gym be more accurate for body mass etc? I am finding that I weigh more on the gym scales than at home but have clothes on and isn't first think in the mornng.
My body mass is much lower on the gym scales though. It is 33.something but on the home scales I'm 58.7 fat and 33.8 water
Totally confused.

Neither will be accurate for determining body fat %.
You will weigh more at the gym if you go later in the day after eating and drinking and if you are wearing clothing. You would show a gain on your scale at home as well.
Scales that give you a body fat % should be used as a guide only as they are not accurate. My scale does body fat and it can measure much higher after drinking a glass of water.0 -
Yeah the whole weight first thing really does work. I am 4lb heavier in the evening I worked out yesterday. Strange how my bf % is so different though. I'm 5.1 and 195lbs and my home scale says I'm 52.7% lol0
