So the lowest speed I use on the treadmill is 5.0 and the highest incline is 10.0 so far. When I run (rarely I feel uncomfortable and my breathing/throat is terrible afterward), the slowest speed I can do it with is 7.0. Anything below that and I just can't do it.

I only see walking workouts up to 4.8 and slowest at 2.5. They just feel so slow, I don't know how anyone can do it and get a good workout. I'm sure there are people though.

With running I see speeds of 5.5, I feel that is slow but if you run for a long time it must be good.

Anyways does anyone have a good walking workout for the treadmill?

I realise everyone is different. I am 5.1 and 195 lbs

You can't run slower than 7 mph? I'm 5'2", 115 lbs and been running 3 years. Running at 6 is comfortable for me and 7 is booking it with 8 being a full out sprint. Are you sure your treadmill isn't set to km's instead of mph?

Yes the treadmill is set to kmh. I could run maybe 6.5 kph on an incline. I tried an incline walk today and couldn't go above 6 on incline of 8. My normal walking routine is 5.5kmh.

No wonder I'm thinking the workouts I find are too slow.

That makes more sense. Most people on here are reporting their speeds in mph.
