Sorry, can you clarify what you mean?

Do you mean how do you amend the macro percentages on MFP?

or do you mean how do you calculate the macro requirements? - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819055-setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets

Go to goals, change goals and you can do a custom change there.

How do I work it out per day/meal? At present I'm just eating, logging on mfp and checking from there. Is it all to do with weighing everything I eat, which I dont do.

I just set mines as an overall figure rather than split the macros between each meal. As long as those figures balance out then i'm happy. I do try to have a bit of each tho in my meals but don't worry about it as I eat 6 times a day though. Once you change your percentages in macros on the goals settings, it then shows you on your food page diary the number in grams that you aim for of each food group.

I do not worry about meal as well, as long as your day balances out, you will be fine. No, it is not about weighing everything you eat, even though I recommend that. You need to start reading nutritional info and making balanced meals based on that info.
