I cooked a paleo meatloaf tonight with extra lean ground chicken and when I used the recipe builder to calculate calories per serving I got less than 150!!!! Weird???? I used the "150" because the actual number seemed low. Thoughts?

I have been on enough diets and I know my body well enough that I KNOW that too LITTLE fat in your diet can bring things to a halt in the GI tract.
