Looking for meal suggestions

Hi all.

It is 2 p.m. and I've already gone over my protein suggestion by 13 and have only had 3 of my allowed 40 fat g. and I'm 69 OVER my sugar grams...I need suggestions for supper. :indifferent:

    I wouldn't worry too much about the protein, but that is a lot of sugar. A salad with an extra virgin olive oil based dressing would bring up your fat intake without adding sugar. Whether it added protein would depend on what you put in it.

    If you are not a salad person, roasted veggies tossed in olive oil is also delicious. Or stir fry some veggies in oil. Hummus, nuts and nut butters are also good sources of healthy fat, though they will add more protein in the process (but again, that's not really a bad thing).

    the sugars have come from my Visalus shakes. OJ, Cranberry Cocktail & pineapple. 45g of sugar per shake and i had one for lunch and one for breakfast. (That was all i had in the house until I grocery shop tonight after work)

    I still have 50 carbs left.

    How about a jacket potato and salad?
    I always find fruit puts me way over on sugar so I try not to worry too much about that one.
