I was away on a business trip for 5 days which makes dealing with eating programs extremely hard. I gained one pound while gone...which is good considering but feeling gross. I also came back sick. When I'm sick I have NO motivation to do ANYTHING. I don't even want to drink water. Even my bra feels disgusting. I can't go back to the gym just yet as my throat and lungs hurt so bad that it hurts to breathe regularly let alone during a work out.
As I sit here at my desk, i look down at my thighs and I am revolted.
As I sit here at my desk, my arms touch my rolls around my middle and I feel hopeless.
Blech.
Just need some positive reinforcement.

Just shake it off, and keep at it!
Everyone has those bad days or weeks, those weak points, and those regrets...but you need to get past what's done, and re-focus!
If you are sick, and it hurts to breathe, you might just want to focus on your eating for a few days until you feel better. Drinking more water will definitely help you out, and so will eating healthy!
At times like this, it helps me to write down my goals again...and also think about why I want to achieve them! Don't look at yourself and be disgusted...you should look at it as a reason to be more motivated than ever! Because you are worth it!

You can do this! Doing nothing will only get you more discouraged and less motivated to do anything. Go get some water NOW. Walk around a little. Get your body moving, even if you're not feeling well enough to go to the gym. Some exercise is better than none.
