If I do a rep with bad form, is it a failure?
I.e. if on a low point of a squat my knee dips in but I correct as I'm straightening up I count that as a fail, even though I manage all 5, I could this set at a 4. Is that right?

You can't spot reduce. Abs are made in the kitchen. ETC. I am 5'3.5 and 121lb, UK size 8 (US size 4?) I have fairly toned arms and legs from running/free weights but my belly area is holding fat. I eat healthily, I train. Do I have to get totally emaciated to lose the belly pooch?
