Stupid Stupid Question
I've been STARVING this past week. I can't get enough food and I know I need to stop. But my belly is growling at me. I've been drinking tons of water as well to see if it's just being thirsty. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I feel like I could eat tons at every meal....

Question! I've been reading up on this and it seems so scary and intimidating! How do you know your doing the right form? Do you just ask one of the beefy guys at the gym or ask a personal trainer to show you?

Restart
I was doing well on the program and was going on to week 4 until I stopped due to a shoulder injury. I am clear to start doing the program again but I have not done anything for about 3 weeks now. Do I start completely over or start over week 3?

I have also heard that eating smaller meals throughout the day is best other than eating 3 meals a day. I'm stuck in the mindset of eating breakfast lunch and dinner. Can someone give me examples of what you eat during the day and about when you eat them?

Best time to run
When do you do your run? Morning or evening? I've done both. And I think the 530am run works better for me than after work! The only problem I have with running that early is I think I'm a little dehydrated and feel so thirsty. I feel like if I drink a bunch before I run I may throw it up!

Treadmill is boring me....
I've been walking on the treadmill 3-4 times a week and I'm getting bored with it. Walking outside I feel like I don't get enough calories burned or walk fast enough.

Getting bored with food....

I walked on the treadmill yesterday and after dinner I a little under 1,000 left to eat...do I eat those? I couldn't imagine eating another 1,000 calories even after dinner!

Running and Abs
I started the couch to 5k a few weeks ago and I'm on week 2 now. The past two times I've ran, my abs hurt. A good hurt like they are getting a good work out....so does running effect your abs as well??
