hair and workouts
whew!!! I just got a sew in put in, and I couldn't be more relieved!!! It makes it so muc easier to work out. I am usually not a fan, but this has really helped. Now I can sweat duing my workouts and not be worried about having to straighten my hair back out, because even wrapping it wasn't working. Whew.....exhale

Crosstrainers vs. running shoes.
I have some Nike running shoes, which are super lightweight. I have been working out in these shoes, but all this jumping in TF has my ankles, calves and the back of my leg super sore these days. I have just started Turbo Fire with Chalene Johnson. Is there a support group for turbo fire to help me through the 20 weeks. and btw....other beachbody folks out there. has anyone tried this shakeology thing? what do you think? They sent me a coupon for it. is it worth a try?
