Its just not my favorite part. and.... sometimes during Fire 45, I dont do the last HIIT workout, or atleast not the jumps. My legs are sore by then. :blushing: I am on round two of turbo fire and actually thinking about…
  • WOW great job!!! I hope to have a story as inspiring as yours one day. Way to go!!
  • Im back to Turbo fire Round 2 for me. Round 1 was great, but I wasn't as committed after week 8 or so, had some personal things that kinda kept me busy and pulled me away a little. But nevertheless I am back andhoping that I stay in the ZONE for another complete round of turbo fire. With Round 1 (12 Weeks- no advanced…
  • I uess I am a little late joing the group.....but oh well. I started Turbo Fire a little over 1 month ago, and no I am looking for somethingto mix in with it. I am thinking of purchasing CLX, although I haven't purchased it yet, its next on my list to tackle within the next couple of weeks. I look foward to gaining some…

  • WOW!!! You have really encouraged me, I have been doing Turbo Fire for two months and have only lost like 5ibs, but have receiving comments about me slimming down. You have been doing a awesome job! You look FAB! Thanks for your post!
  • Thanks brooke, that keeps me motivated..yeah the scale is moving slow, but I will admit, I have been recieving anumber of complements. Have you atarted CLX yet? are you doing a hybrid and starting something else? If so let me know. I think after month 2 i am ready to get into another program and mix it up.
  • Hello and welcome to our group. I have been at turbo fire for about 7 weeks now, and I am starting over month 2, but had a very successful 1st month. I lost about 5 pounds. I have to keep reminding myself that slow and steady wins the race. LOL. Speaking of which, you are probably not going to want or need to do 2 HITT…
  • Wow! Those are really great results. I am in week 7 and have been scared to post pics, or take the pics to compare, because, like you I dont FEEL like I am noticing anything. My scale has only moved 5 pounds. But the proof is in the pudding. LOL. look at your reslus, especially in the tummy area.
  • Yea those HIITs are amazing. I am in month 2 so no HIIT's on the schedule for me. Only the fire drills that come between the classes.
  • sounds awesome!!! definatley let me know. Since its low impact with no jumping, will it still burn a significant amount of calories? Yes remind me on Wednesday so i can order them. Perfect!
  • Wow!!!! Way to go. You have really gotten great results from turbo fire. It really encourages me to keep going. Thanks for posting. And what an amazing amount of inches lost as well. f
  • Thanks for the encouragement. You ladies keep me lifted. It was really good seeing myself though, so I know I have to work a little harder!
  • I find that a pair of shoes with shocks or a thicker sole to absorb the shock of all the jumping is best. I traded in my running shoes as well when I started turbo fire. My running shoes were just too light, and a great cross trainig shoes DOES make a world of difference.
  • Week 4- 4 week results tomorrow. Fire 55EZ today
  • Super Job!!! Your progress has been fantastic. I am coming up on week 4 on Saturday...Keeping my fingers crossed. Thinking about Doing chalean extreme also. I haven't ordered it yet, but it looks like the perfect workout. GREAT JOB!
  • My least favorite is stretch 40 and Core 30. The stretch is becuase its so hard to realx, I agree with you Brooke. And the core, because its HURTS SO GOOD!!! I dont think I have stregnth in my core. It one of my weaker areas that I am definatley working on.
  • jUST FINISHED 55!!! yay! i am finally getting the moves (3 weeks later). I was able to "Fire" up the music and get in the zone.....
  • how tall are you?
  • WOW!!!! You should be really proud of yourself! It dfefinatley motivate me to keep pushing play. I am taking progress pics next week after 4 weeks. So I hope to see even HALF the results that you did! FABULOUS!!! Share your other tips as well.
  • Man!! Your results are WONDERFUL!!! i am on week 3 and only down 1 pound. So pat yourself on the back. I even changed my calories down to only 1200 from 1500 calories. (Well I am not really managing that 1200 very well, to be honest) So somewhere in the middle. So congratulate yourself. I am hopefu lthat month 2 is better.
  • Awww...i TOTALLY understand your confession! I guess it happens to the best of us. I have still been trying to push play everyday and hoping that this scale gets MOVING!!! But I have had a lil NSV, actually being able to keep up with the cheoreography. YAY!! i even worked out a bit on my rest day, not doing a HIIT though.…
  • Like our hair journey or weight loss journey?
  • I feel the exact same way ladies. Even though I feel off the wagon because I felt a little discouraged last week (cause the scale didn't move). I hopped back on the wagon this week FULLforce, becasue I knew my group would be supportive. I just REALLY hope to see the scale move more in Month 2...Finishing up week 4. (well 3…
  • I soooo feel you Brooke, I felt like that last week, and I remeber being so discouraged I didn't work out that day. Its really hard work, but I had to jump back on the wagon and not be so hard on myself. But seriously though, I have heard and am seriosly hoping and praying that month 2 is when the results of weight loss…
  • I actually did my workout in the AM this time instead of the evening, and that actually really worked out for me. While it may not work out everyday, the 5am grind before work, wasn't really all that bad. It was 45 EZ. , and i actually went through it without presisng "new to class" YAY ME!!!
  • 45 EZ on the schedule this evening. I think I actually followed CHalene for a good bit of it, instead of Alley. YAY me!! Still a pile of sweat. Feeling the burn.
  • Core 20 is on my agenda today too...wish me luck. I couldn't even laugh last week when i did this class

  • recently I have quit the gym and been into beachbody programs. It has been working out so much better. I was finding myself full of excuses sometimes, when it came to the gym. It much easier just to go downstairs and press play. Now the programs are only 30-90 days depending on which one you choose. I am looking for more…
  • I can't see how You have been going barefoot. But I guess if your knees allow it, all the jumping and such. It takes a little getting used to. I work out in the living room (hard wood floors), so i guess thats the only reason i NEED shoes. but maybe your environment is different. Good luck.
