over 50 women... how do we lose weight ladies?
I love all the success stories I read, but notice that many are much younger people. is it true that it is much harder to lose weight as you get older, especially for women? or am I just a pig and overeating? even watching my calorie intake and exercising, it just doesn't seem to work the best. :brokenheart:

BIG difference in caloried burn*treadmill vs walking*
I have been logging my walking just looking it up here. MFP posts 50 of walking at 3.5 mph as approx. a 274 calorie burn. (brisk pace) then I looked it up trying to find what my treadmill is posting. Introduce yourself
A friend told me about this site. What a lifesaver! AND FREE!! I am almost 51 and beginning my journey. I will try not to think too far ahead, and just go for consistency. Exercise of some sort everyday if possible, minimun of 3 days a week. The food tracker is really great!
