1 mo challenge * 1 * life change

It's May 1st everyone!! anybody want to get on the band wagon with me to make ~~~ 1 ~~~ life change this month. Maybe you want to switch to whole grain bread, give up 1 glass of wine a day, vow to walk 30 min. Whatever you like. I think making small life changes 1 at a time can add up to a healthier lifestyle. I switched from whole milk years ago to 2% and then finally arrived at 1%. What's your change? :drinker: My change is to give up coffee creamer. :drinker:

    No cheat meals this entire month! That's what I will do :) had prolly 5 last month.

    Keep going with my at least 2litres of water a day :)
