I'm not sure how to estimate how many calories I just enjoyed at dinner? We went to a local Mexican restaurant so their website doesn't provide nutritional information. Zaggora Hot Pants?
Anyone heard of or tried the Zaggora Hot Pants? Looks like they purposely keep you warmer/hotter during a workout to burn more calories. Am I the only one who think that sounds odd? Their tag line is "Get hot and slim with hotpants"

Protein Powder in Coffee?
I've seen several suggestion of adding protein powder to coffee...and I thought, why not? FAIL. I added half a scoop and added hot coffee. I couldn't get the powder to dissolve, so I'm chewing my coffee. Any tips for me?

I thought I was doing a good job reducing carbs and increasing protein, but those pesky macros show otherwise.
