Help making a lifting schedule...
Ok so is what I need help with. I am one of the people at the gym that bounces from weight machine to weight machine with no order. I do at least an hour of mixed cardio everyday but how do I make a lifting schedule?? Is there a website to model one after or do I just need to work on one or two area's daily? Any examples…

Confused about cardio and carbs
Ok so I have a question and it sounds pretty stupid.... Lets say I went over in my carb intake today.. Will extending my cardio help me burn off those extra carbs? :embarassed:

Over on sodium
I know going over on sodium is BAD!! Today I have already gone over my daily limit... Is there anything I can do to counter act the sodium? Drink more water or exercise longer?? Any advice is totally welcomed!!! Thanks! :embarassed:

Question about BMR and Daily Calorie intake..

Over daily totals for protein and fiber
Almost everyday I am over my daily totals for protein and fiber. Still staying below or at the daily on the calories, fat, sodium and carbs. Is this going to cause a problem in my weight loss? I also drink a TON of water everyday too. Any advice or suggestions are welcomed! Thanks :)

Calories in VS. BMR
Hello, Ok so according to MFP my BMR is 1352. a day. I am eating around 1200 calories a day. Do I need to eat more? Then there is the calories I burn at the gym. Do I need to eat all of those back as well? I am so confused. My current weight is 133 and I want to lose 8 more lbs and tone up a bit. THANKS! :huh:
