Over on sodium

I know going over on sodium is BAD!! Today I have already gone over my daily limit...
Is there anything I can do to counter act the sodium? Drink more water or exercise longer??
Any advice is totally welcomed!!!

Drinking more water is good, yup.
Are you eating a lot of processed foods? That's a number one cause of sodium. If you're up for suggestions you could open up your diary for us to take a look at.0 -
just drink water and be prepared that your weight might go up for a day or so when you eat a lot of sodium.0
