Calories in VS. BMR

Hello,

Ok so according to MFP my BMR is 1352. a day. I am eating around 1200 calories a day. Do I need to eat more? Then there is the calories I burn at the gym. Do I need to eat all of those back as well? I am so confused. My current weight is 133 and I want to lose 8 more lbs and tone up a bit.
