I have been able to find new things to add to my diet. Fold it flat bread light's are really low in carbs and have a bread like texture. So I use those for ton's of different things. Ok so I changed my daily caloire intake to 1400 calories. I do about 240 mins a week on cardio already some weeks have more than that. This is a crazy temporary fix but it does work. I use this if I know I am going to the lake or going to be wearing short shorts. I try to do this at least 3 days a week in the summer time... YES! It is the black one! If your drinking that much coffee dont take them! Most of the fat burners with caffeine say to not consume any additional caffeine while taking them.. Just drink more coffee for the extra umph!

Used it for 2 months didn't do a thing but make me feel like I was on crack... I was never able to take the 6 PILLS A DAY that it says you need to take... TOO MUCH CAFFEINE in those!

It is so true! As ladies seem to over look the great things and beat ourselves up over the bad things! I myself do this too!!! Flaws are so much easier to find than beauty… I think this is something that totally needs to be rewired. Great post!

Thanks for your reply! YOU know what I mean about being too skinny in the past! I do NOT want to get back to skelatore state EVER again and if I get down to 120 and see that Im happy there I will stop there. It really does have more to do with the way I look and feel than the number on the scale...

I spoke to my doctor about this goal and she said that a healthy lowest weight for my size is 118 I would be happy with that. She has also been my Dr, since I was a child so for her to see me at this weight she even began to worry about gaining too much weight. I have a very small frame so I do not carry this extra 10-15…

I wish I could run with my dog. She's got too much go for me! She's a pitbull but she is on the smaller side only about 60lbs.. My roommate takes her running and she can bust out 5-9 miles like its nothing.. Wish I COULD!!!!
