some lower body exercise tips please....

I have a really hard time trying to find a few good exercises that work my thighs, hips, and butt that do not include a machine or anything like that. Does anyone have any suggestions? :huh:

    lunges, squats, squat overhead press with dumbbells, resistance bands around the ankles while you side step, calf raises, burpies, squat jumps.

    The way I was taught, a burpie is this: stand up, squat down into full push-up position (on the toes), do a full push-up, jump back to a squat, then stand up, and jump in the air. Repeat til you can't take it anymore. :-)

    A burpee is hell....but very good.

    do a press up, bring your knees up and then jump up, land with bent knees to aborb pressure, go down into the press up position again and start all over again. Does this make sense?

    I looked into some videos on youtube. You can find a lot of different moves there and there are some work outs as well.

    Do you have an iPhone? If so, try this app called Daily Butt Workout. I got the free version. I like it and it works.
