Total body cleanse

I have never tired a cleanse before or even a detox cleanse. So I purchased a Finest Natural Total body Cleanse from the Walgreen's by my house. Had anyone used this before? I am really kind of nervous to start this cleanse and I really hope its not an over-hyped hoax. Suggestions or feed back is welcomed. I will post after the cleanse to umm give some feed back.. Wish me luck...
